Data use
QueueCheck data use license
This license explains what you may reuse from QueueCheck's public wait-time datasets and what remains subject to other sources or protections.
What this covers
This license covers QueueCheck's original public aggregate wait-time outputs and metadata, including reviewed aggregate reader summaries, derived same-month comparisons, labels, and methodology shown on a public QueueCheck dataset page.
Permission to reuse
You may copy, share, quote, and adapt the covered public aggregate data for personal, editorial, research, or commercial use, provided you give clear attribution to QueueCheck and link to the specific QueueCheck page used.
Keep the date you retrieved the data, the relevant source context, and the limits of the measure. Do not present QueueCheck as a government agency, an official case-status tool, or a predictor of an individual outcome.
Suggested attribution
QueueCheck, "[specific wait-time page title]," retrieved [date], [page URL].
What this does not cover
- Official agency pages, source datasets, notices, images, and documents. They remain subject to their own publisher terms and licenses.
- Raw or individual reader submissions, personal information, private records, email addresses, or any information that could identify an applicant.
- QueueCheck's name, logo, trademarks, site design, software, or editorial articles except where another permission applies.
Responsible use
Do not try to re-identify people from aggregate data, remove source caveats, or use automated collection that burdens the service. When a public source or QueueCheck page has changed, check the current page before repeating an older figure.
Updates
We may update this license for future QueueCheck data releases. The current version applies to the public aggregate data and metadata described on this page. Nothing here grants rights to material excluded above.
