What we collect

• Application and milestone dates you choose to submit.
• Service details such as country, route, channel, and outcome.
• Optional email address if you want an edit link or alert.
• Basic technical abuse-prevention signals, stored as hashes rather than raw identifiers.

What not to submit

Do not submit names, passport numbers, receipt numbers, case numbers, addresses, phone numbers, medical details, financial details, or private documents. QueueCheck is for timing patterns, not personal case files.

How submissions are used

Reports that pass our checks may be grouped into public wait summaries, such as application-month comparisons or typical wait ranges. We do not show a public number until the sample is large enough to avoid misleading readers.

Email and deletion

Email is optional. If you provide it, we use it for edit links, alerts, or account-related messages you requested. You can ask for email deletion or correction by contacting info@queue-check.com.

Cookies and analytics

QueueCheck uses Google Analytics to understand which public pages are useful, how people move through the site, and where the product needs clearer wording. Analytics data is used in aggregate; do not put personal case details into URLs, forms, or search boxes.

After ad approval, QueueCheck may use Google AdSense and advertising cookies where legally allowed. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to QueueCheck or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Visitors can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Where consent is required, optional advertising and analytics storage remain denied until the visitor makes a choice through the consent message. QueueCheck uses a Google-certified consent management platform for visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland when ads are enabled. That message also provides a way to manage or withdraw a choice. Ads are labelled and are not part of any official government service, visa centre, passport office, benefits office, tax authority, or health system.
