Where China's EB-1 queue comes from

The category's 28.6 percent share of the worldwide employment limit is generous enough that most countries never queue in it. China's column exists because volume from mainland-born applicants, particularly outstanding researchers and multinational managers, has run past the 7 percent per-country ceiling year after year.
