Why does EB-3 worldwide have a cut-off when EB-2 worldwide is Current?

Different demand against the same-sized allocation. EB-3 draws high-volume occupations across every unlisted country, and its queue can exist while EB-2's does not. The two rows share spillover mechanics but not demand.

My occupation needs less than two years of training. Which row applies?

Other Workers, the row below the main EB-3 date, with its own smaller cap and usually a further-back cut-off. The distinction is set by the position's requirements in the labor certification, not by the worker's own credentials.
